The main house (terraced on one side, but not annoying, large hedge 3 meters high separating the two houses) has two bedrooms and breaks down as follows:
On Ground Floor:
- An open entrance to a living area (table + 6 chairs)
- A living room with a monumental fireplace (decorative) 3 seater & 2 seater sofas. Plasma TV with home cinema.
WII console available
Apple TV available
- A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove with electric oven, Nespresso machine...)
- A small room (bed 140x200) with private shower room and bathroom.
In mezzanine:
A large room (bed 160x200), sofa, armchairs, wardrobe, dressers. (The room has air conditioning)

On the back of the property, a first shaded terrace near the house will host your meals. A large teak table for 6 people is at your disposal, and a barbecue (weber). You will enjoy a nice view of the valley, and the pool below.
The second level, grassed, is composed of fruit trees (fig and cherry) it will take you directly to the pool area.
The pool area consists of a heated 8X4 salt pool. Two large terraces in stone and wood welcome you on more than 50 m2. They are decorated with deckchairs, armchairs, sofas for your relaxation.
The temperature of the pool is programmed not to go below 27 degrees in July-August, 25 in June and September. (Depending on weather conditions)
At the front of the house, you have a small piece of garden sheltered from view with a garden furniture and chairs, accessible from the dining room.
The property is fully fenced, accessible from a wrought iron gate, automatic.
Remote controlled garden lighting.
Possibility of providing an umbrella for a child.

Summary: A well equipped and very peaceful house in the Périgord Vert. Manuel, the owner, was super helpful and dealt quickly with the couple of minor issues that arose during our stay - he was also very helpful through the booking and checking in process. The countryside around the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need including a heated pool and air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms- a godsend as we had 2 weeks of amazing weather. Would recommend if you enjoy peace and quiet

Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks from end of June. Manuel was there to greet us and give a tour of the property. The house had everything you could need. Comfortable furniture, lots of kit in the kitchen. Beautiful clean pool, with seating and loungers. Air conditioning was welcome on the warmer nights, but the property is surprisingly cool even on hot days. The property is perfectly located to riberac where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. Market day on Friday a bit crazy for parking but nice to browse. Kevin and sue (english couple nearby) were on hand if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again. If you want peace and tranquility, comfort with beautiful places to visit within an hours drive (Bergerac and perigeux) then this place is what you are looking for

Summary: The house itself was perfect for our needs: a family of three and grandparents. In fact there was plenty of room for another couple to stay as well: the photos do not do it justice in terms of the space available. Manuel was extremely helpful and met us in person in the nearby village of Beatric-Buree to guide us onto the exact location: it is some way from the village itself in a tiny hamlet. The house is perfectly situated to explore the wider region and the pool offers sufficient distraction should you just want to laze about. It is relatively new and in very good order. The only possible criticism I could find is location: you will need a car to get bread in the morning and there are no little bars or restaurants within close walking distance. That said this didn't really bother us too much so it depends what you are after on your holiday. Overall though a lovely house, very relaxing, would 100% recommend.
